Ladybird Early Learning Centre opens in Jumeirah Village CircleSeptember 19, 2016, 8:40 am GMT
Ladybird Early Learning Centre has opened its doors in Dubai's Jumeirah Village Circle neighbourhood.
The nursery is the Middle East's first LEED-certified early learning centre, and follows the UK's Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in a Montessori setting for children aged six months to five years old.
The 15 classrooms are designed in an open-plan style and equipped with the latest educational materials. the centre also offers a low student-teacher ratio, a language lab, and a mandatory settling-in policy, which advises parents to spend the joining week at the centre to help both parents and children overcome separation anxiety.
Commenting on the opening of the centre in JVC, Monica Valrani, CEO of Ladybird Nursery and Early Learning Centre said, "We are thrilled to launch the centre in JVC, which is truly one of the finest purpose built early years learning facilities in the world. Early years education is very crucial time in every child's life. The emotional, social, and physical development of a child during his or her early years has a direct co-relation to the kind of adult the child grows to become."
